» Environmental Scientist / Wetland Scientist - Toms River, NJ

Our Environmental Scientists support the project management staff in all areas of the firm’s business, including (1) performing site inspections, (2) preparing client-facing and regulatory reports and application materials (3) supervising and directing contracted and sub-contracted personnel.

Qualified Environmental Scientist candidates should have the following skills and credentials.

  • Academic degree in Geology, Environmental Science or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of work experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Freshwater Wetland delineation experience in NJDEP and Pineland regulated areas.
  • Knowledge of NJDEP Coastal, Freshwater Wetlands, and Flood Hazard Area regulations.
  • Experience preparing and submitting NJDEP Division of Land Use Applications.
  • Strong work ethic and collegial personality.

» Environmental Scientist - Indianapolis, Indiana

Our Indianapolis office is looking to fill an Environmental Scientist position. Successful Environmental Scientists will support the project management staff in all areas of the firm’s business, including (1) executing investigation/remediation strategies, (2) completing site inspections, (3) preparing regulatory reports, (4) conducting field sampling, and (5) supervising contractor personnel.

Qualified candidates have the following skills and/or credentials:

  • 0-3 years of direct site investigation and remediation experience.
  • Academic degrees in Geology, Engineering, Environmental Science or related field.
  • Knowledge of regional technical requirements, rules and regulations.
  • Experience collecting soil, groundwater, soil gas, sediment and surface water samples preferred.
  • Phase I and II due diligence experience.
  • Demonstrated success in supervising sub-contractor personnel.
  • Strong work ethic and collegial personality.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Sharp critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
